DOG TRAINING (first hour is free)

In-house, one to one sessions which will take place either indoors and/or outdoors (depending on you and your dogs needs).  These training sessions are not a 'one technique fits all' service - they are specifically designed for your dog and your household and will take place at your home, where your dog is in familiar surroundings and at his/her happiest.  They will be tailored to build your dogs confidence and increase the bond between you - a bonded dog is a receptive dog. £30 per one hour training session.

BEHAVIOUR CONSULTATION (first hour is free)

First hour is free - an opportunity meet you and your dog/dogs, obtain some background health and behaviour information and to see what approach would work best.  We will talk through a training plan and an explanation that will give you both skills and knowledge to use in challenging situations.  £30 per one hour training session.

ABOUT

I have lived and worked with dogs for over 40 years and many different breeds including terriers, collies, spaniels, bulldogs, toy dogs, retrievers, labradors, poodles, rhodesian ridgebacks and mastiffs.

Dog training and behaviour has evolved over recent years and using scientific backed research, we are able to warrant better techniques - which improve the relationship between you and your dog, with longer lasting results. I am a qualified dog trainer who concentrates on enrichment, mental stimulation, coping mechanisms for challenging situations and building engagement with positive reinforcement methods to create a happy and content
home for everyone.  Teaching a sit or lie down is great - but whats important to ask is WHY?  Group classes are great for learning basic skills but do you find it all fails at home?  What is needed are skills to cope with everyday life with your dog, and that's what I like to concentrate on.  If you have any questions, please give me a call or drop me a message and let's give our dogs to best chance of succeeding and growing that bond together.
